Appointment was at 12 pm. We arrived around 11:40 and we're advised that the doctor was behind. It is now 1:37 pm and the person in front of us was in with the doctor's for nearly 30 minutes. Perhaps there should be an investment in another room with another telehealth doctor because this is ridiculous. Can't reschedule as we are near our 1 year of being diagnosed with diabetes and need to be checked. No one had an idea of how long it might take, no time frame either.

I waited a month for an appointment then when the appointment came I was shocked to discover it was a virtual appointment. The Dr. was nice enough but it didn't feel like she had any clue about me or my exam. Went back for the follow up which was also a virtual appointment and was even more shocked that it was a completely different doctor who was curt and made it REALLY clear they didn't even care a little. They didn't even try to pretend like they were interested in my appointment. This all resulted in one of my prescriptions being not what i asked for which meant I had to wait a month to get the correct glasses.
The only saving grace is the in store staff is super knowledgable and friendly. I'm sorry to have to give this review because the in store employees deserve better, but your customers deserve better than to be treated like a piece going through an assembly line.

The best Dr. was Kent Kresovich years ago. Now telehealth is just not the same.
My credit card was stolen. Nice having the readers sitting out in the open.
One of my glasses had the wrong prescription. And one of your techs broke my glasses frames 2 times. In front of me. Obviously she was not trained properly how to heat the glasses. I'm not sure if she still works here. I bought the glasses at visionworks.
Never coming here again.
I was also judged that I had not come to the eye Dr. regularly. I am now able to that I make my own money and have my own car. I doubt any one else in Fulton, NY has money or insurance to come to the eye dr. yearly when most can barely put food on their table. This is a very poor community and the judgement is not appreciated.
