The absolute best! Anytime I have had an emergency, they made room to see me the same day, and even on the weekends they took phone calls etc. Dr Weiss is the best, he saved my eye. I live in NJ but always make the drive here. Great practice, the other doctors are also excellent. Thank you !!!!

I have been a patient at this place since I was a child. That should already say enough! I love this place. I recently had an appointment last week which was last minute and still I was able to be accommodated. I wasn't able to see my normal Doctor but Dr. Kupferberg was very attentive, nice, and had great bedside manner the entire time. Very professional, made me feel comfortable. Jessica at the front when you walk in was very warm and sweet, she took my temperature and made sure I had all my information filled out before being seen. There was a very lovely woman that took me in and gave me my exam before going in with Dr. Kupferberg. She was by far my favorite person. I felt like I was right at home. Also the lady at the desk who collected my payment was also very kind, and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone who asks me! Very deserving of 5 stars

I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Easy to get checked in and within minutes, I was being tested and with Dr Weiss. It's a pleasure going to the office.

I had an appointment at the Garnerville office on Sept. 2nd. From the moment I entered the office everything was handled in a very professional manner. I was apprehensive about entering a doctor's office for the first time since the Covid epidemic but I felt very safe and comfortable with the way everything was managed. All the staff was cordial and helpful. All sanitary and safety measures were upheld. There was an incident with a patient while I was in the waiting room. This patient was rude and out of control and I was amazed at how well the staff (particularly Marianne and Norma) handled him. They were firm but professional. The patient later tried to garner my support and I told him the his behavior was no role model for his daughter who was with him.

Great doctors, poor office. I have been a patient of Glenn Weiss for about 15 years, and it's always been the case the appointments take longer than they should and the offices seem run haphazardly. But Dr. Weiss is excellent; my wife sees a different doctor also loves him, and that's what really matters. The Garnerville office is especially crowded and should be expanded.

I agree with Brian Donohue. The woman at the front desk was rude. I didn't appreciate her comments at all. However, the check in person and the person who saw me before Dr. Chen were excellent. I absolutely love Dr. Chen. He has a great bedside manner and I totally trust him.

I have to say I don't usually write negative reviews, but my experience here was terrible. I walked in the office at 8:30 for an 8:45 appointment for my 10 year old child and not only was the receptionist nasty and rude but after taking my license and insurance card and throwing them on the counter she then told me to go sit down in a waiting area that was so packed my daughter was sitting on a cube on the floor and I was standing. After waiting for almost a half hour and I still had not even filled out a piece of paper yet I walked up to the counter and politely asked if they knew roughly how long it was going to take before my daughter was seen and again rudely after not even knowing which patient I was she told me there was 5 people ahead of me. In the amount of time I was there not one person was called. I waited another 10 minutes and walked up front and asked for my insurance card and license back and cancelled my appointment. Must be normal for them because she didn't seem to concerned or show any type of empathy. I get offices can be busy but why don't they schedule accordingly. I purposely choose an early morning appointment so I could get my child to school and not miss an entire day. Best part was when I was walking out the door I saw two of the doctors coming in the side entrance. Must be nice to schedule people for appointment times and the doctors are not even there. Pretty sad being this office was so convenient being close to my house. I called another office in Bardonia and they actually took me right on the spot and even with a busy office I was seen within 15 minutes.

As a Health Professional it is always good to receive care at a facility that treats you as well as well as you do your clients. ALL of the staff I encountered were knowledgeable, forthcoming and pleasant.
