After a terrible experience with Visionworks last year, thankfully I found this place! Making an appointment was easy online and the actual optometrist exam was smooth and professional. I learned something new about my astigmatism diagnosis that nobody had ever taken the time to talk to me about in the past (I've been wearing contacts for 22 years.) I got a years worth of contacts without paying out of pocket with my insurance, which was awesome! They called as soon as the contacts arrived for me to pick the up. I will definitely be back again next year!

I'm a new patient at Glen Oaks Family Vision. Dr. Poley was very professional and knowledgeable. He got me the hard to fit contact lenses I needed and was able to get it approved thru insurance. The front staff was always very polite, accommodating and flexible with my appointments.

I have been going to Glen Oaks Family Vision for almost a decade. About 6 years ago we moved 45 minutes away and I still make the trip to go to this location. They have very friendly doctors. They have always taken the time to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly and I have never felt rushed. After picking my daughter's glasses this year, the store offered to put a rush on them so that my daughter would have them in time for the first day of school. They were ready within days. Satisfied customer.

TOTAL HORRIBLE PLACE...... U can get the same price of glasses anywhere else like Zenni optical online, I got charged 350 for just the lens, insurance covered the frame. I called for a refund and had gotten pressured through the receiver that there IS A 100 dollar return fee. Btw this order was placed JUST the night before. I had sure whatever let the order go through, I feel scammed. Then I called again thinking I can get the same glasses for 90 bucks so 340-100 actually might be worth it I'll be saving 140 dollars. But she had said no. Total bad experience

My family and I had an extremely frustrating and u professional experience. My family and I have been loyal patients here for years, but after this recent experience, we will never be coming back. In August , my brother went for an eye exam, and the doctor told us that our insurance would cover four months of contact lenses. They even gave him trial lenses to try to see how he would feel with them before ordering them. A week later, we received a call saying that the very contacts the DOCTOR prescribed were no longer covered and he would need to try a different set. We followed up for clarification, but the story kept changing. When my dad went in person to speak with the doctor, the doctor refused to meet with him. Then another doctor called the next day and told him that now only two weeks' worth of contacts would be covered--completely contradicting what we were told before.It has now been three weeks since the appointment, and my brother still doesn't have glasses or contacts. To make matters worse, they refused to provide a prescription so we could get them elsewhere.This is unacceptable. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is shocking--especially from a place we've supported for years. Avoid this office unless you want to deal with endless delays, misinformation, and unhelpful staff.

This is one of the best eye doctors and eye glass selection services ever! I love Dr. Levin she superb in her expertise.

I had a great experience here. I came here for a full eye exam and DMV renewal eye check. Loved Dr. F.Levine. she was very professional, courteous and attentive. She looks at you as a whole rather than a part. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. (There's a parking lot behind here...)

I've been coming to this eye doctor since I moved to the area several years ago. All was well until I had a disappointing experience with this office regarding my contact lens fitting. I had an exam and fitting in July 2024 and was told I had a year to order contacts based on that fitting. Due to surgery, recovery, and personal matters, I waited to place my order, believing I was still within the valid timeframe. When I returned today, I was told my fitting had "expired" and I would need to pay another $100 for a new one. Had I been informed that my fitting was only valid for a limited time, I would have returned sooner. Instead, I was given misleading information, and the doctor refused to speak with me directly when I asked for clarification. While I understand that I'll have to pay for a fitting elsewhere, I'd rather take my business back to my former eye doctor (45 minutes away) because I trust them more. While the associate assisting me was polite, I left feeling frustrated and unheard. I won't be returning.
