Absolutely the worst place to do business. This shady operator told me my insurance would cover the costs on a pair of glasses but then left me a message a few days later saying there would unfortunately be out of pocket money due. I tried to complain but the owner didnt return my phone calls and he went ahead anyway and billed my insurance company for glasses I never received!!! When I finally was able to speak with the owner he started to yell at me and called me deranged and told me to get out of his store!!! Buyer beware!!

Horrible First Impression - I live in the area and decided to inquire about prescription sunglasses. There are handwritten notes covering a portion of the door. The handwritten notes refer to COVID practices and ask for customers to wait to go in until a representative takes your temperature. So there I stood for 4 minutes or so and eventually 2 female representatives from the store emerge, one from behind the counter, one from a doorway in the back of the establishment. One representative clearly sees me and goes about shutting off the lights and straightening furniture with not a thought about the potential client waiting at the door?? I immediately look at the business hours sign and see that on Mondays they close at 7:00. It was 6:13. The representative comes outside and still does not address me. I asked a question about the store hours and she gave a curt reply and then absurdly asked, "Oh, did you need something?" She was locking the door of the establishment as she asked. I would never give this place my business. Highly unprofessional and beyond lackluster first impression. Rude and disinterested in potential business in this day in age is incomprehensible.

Customer service and product are terrible to say the least, after 1.6 years glasses are falling apart with coating pealing. Company unwilling to do anything but sell a new pair of garbag. Would not recommend anyone use there services, not only lost my business today but five additional customers whom I live with. Thanks for nothing...

Sat outside waiting for about 10 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Went back to the car and then waited around another few minutes. Took a while but eventually a lady walked up and opened the stores door. Based on this experience and the other reviews I decided to cut my losses and leave.

Everyone that I have spoken too is very helpful and diligent. Also they knew how my insurance works which is rare. I highly recommend this place
