Neat And organized. I have been a patient for years! There have been a few changes in the office but it is running smoothly. Wait times were not too long. Friendly, cheerful , knowledgeable technicians and I saw Dr Rubenstein. So glad I did. He assured me I was doing fine and I will hopefully be seeing him next year!
I had a terrific experience at SiteMD with Dr. Prevor-Weiss. Even on a very busy Monday morning, I was taken in promptly and treated with warmth and professionalism by everyone on the staff. The series of tests they ran made me feel very confident that everything was being evaluated thoroughly.
What really stood out was how clearly Dr. Prevor-Weiss explained what each test meant in plain, easy-to-understand terms. She also set me up for a future checkup, and I left feeling like I'd found an eye doctor I can truly rely on. Her knowledge, communication style, and overall manner gave me real peace of mind.
I highly recommend Dr. Prevor-Weiss and the entire team at SiteMD.
I had a hard time understanding the first person who took my information and the reason that I was there. Then, after sitting in the waiting room for more than a half an hour, I saw the doctor. He quickly looked at the eye and said I didn't need a procedure unless it got worse. That was it. I was left with no other suggestions even though, I complained that my night driving was difficult. My appointment was for 3:45 and I left the office at 5 o'clock!
My first experience with Dr. Meredith Prevor-Weiss was really quite positive. She is a caring, thorough, knowledgeable and patient professional. She answered any questions I had & I feel any medical issues I have will be taken care of. The staff was warm & welcoming & did all procedures well. Reception desk quite helpful as well.
I visited this office recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at the front desk. I was helped by Luz V., who was unprofessional and rude throughout the check-in process. She insisted that my son's insurance was not active, even though I had just used it at his pediatrician days earlier. All of his information, including our address, was already on the referral I handed her, yet she kept asking me to verify my address repeatedly as if I were trying to access a bank account.
I explained that I didn't have his insurance card on me and that the referral contained everything she needed, but she continued to ask for the card. When I repeatedly asked what I needed to do to get my son's insurance verified or active, she did not respond and instead moved on to having me sign privacy notices. After signing, I asked again, and all she said was "it's fine," offering no explanation. I told her that I wasn't going to return because of the bad experience and she said "it's fine ".
Once I got past the front desk, the experience improved. The staff who did the pre-testing before the doctor were very kind and professional--truly a great team. The doctor was good as well, though the appointment felt a bit quick, but he did his job.
Overall, the front desk interaction with Luz V. set a very negative tone for the visit, which is disappointing because the rest of the staff was great.
I had a great experience with Dr. Alen Greenberg yesterday. He was extremely professional and very accurate in his assessment of my eyes. He clearly explained what was going on and, unlike some other doctors I've seen, he didn't ask me to return unnecessarily. Instead, he recommended a follow-up in one year, which shows his sincere professionalism and integrity. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor. I am very pleased and happy with my visit.
I went for my annual exam at this office six days ago, because I am out of contact lenses and need a new prescription to order more. I discussed the fact that I needed a new prescription for my contact lenses with the receptionist who checked me in, the tech who did the initial portion of my exam, and the doctor who completed my exam. Each of these people told me that they would update the date on my last prescription (I had been to this office before, a couple of years ago) and would give it to me at the end of my visit. They did print out a copy of my prescription for me when I checked out, but it wasn't until I got home and my eyes were no longer dilated that I was able to look at it carefully, and I realized that it is dated 2024 (two years ago) and it is therefore expired and I can't use it. This was six days ago. Since then, I have called the office several times and left at least three voicemails politely and clearly explaining the issue and requesting that someone call me back. I have not received any response from anyone.
The place feels a lot like an assembly line. You have to go to 3 different areas for treatment, and appointments are booked in VERY close succession, so you won't ever be seen at your appointment time. Yesterday, my appt was at 1:20, but I wasn't seen until just after 2pm. All that, however, I can deal with, because Xavier and Dr. Chandra make up for it with friendly, professional service. They are the best. Special shout-out to Cassandra, as well! She is always smiling and so sweet.
