I am so very happy with the service I received. I came in with a pair of frames I needed lenses for. I received excellent customer service right from the first phone call! Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful with my concerns. I got my glasses back within a couple of days, and you can't beat the prices! I highly recommend!

Scott is amazing! Always pleasant to deal with and great prices. Never feel pressured by the typical upselling from other eyeglass places. Good selection and so easy to work with! I've been to many places for glasses and his quality and service are the best I've seen!

The owner Scott is very rude. He is unprofessional, always has an attitude and is very nasty. His prices are no longer cheaper than other places. I checked Walmart and they use the best optical company Zeiss to make their lenses. I have to say glasses were better than Scott's and prices were way cheaper .I've dealt with him for a long time but will no longer put up with the abuse he dishes out to his customers. I called in advance for him to check into a pair of eyeglases. He refused . I will never go back to onsight optical again. Beware, you can do much better at Walmart. Hard to believe but very true. Check out for yourself!

My wife and I have been going to Scott here at On Sight Opticians for around 5 years already and he is great. He is very understanding, helpful, and honest. If it doesnt look good he'll advise you. He will help you out and get you looking good in glasses with his vast array of frames to choose from. Goto Scott he will do the right thing and in a timely fashion too.
