Dr. Collet is patient and explains everything. He is very knowledgeable. It is easy to make an appointment with his office. The staff is friendly and always returns your calls. The visit are on time and the staff is efficient.

Highly recommend Dr. Brian I. Collet!! His services is top notch. Both me and my wife see him.Its starts at his office, very warm and welcoming staff.Then his opthalmic technicians that are very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Collet is very thorough and has a personal touch that makes me at ease at every appointment. I had cataract surgery with Dr Collet and he was an excellent surgeon. The whole process went so smooth, both pre-op and post-op.I can see so clearly now it's just amazing.No need to go into NYC for an excellent Eye doctor when we have a highly skilled and distinguished professional here in Howard beach, Queens. I would give him a 10 star !

Dr. Collet is the best doctor/surgeon I've ever had treat me. He's diagnosed every eye problem & performed multiple surgeries in a timely manner while others procrastinated & left me with long-term problems. Total confidence in him & his wonderful staff.

If I could give him 6 stars I would. My mother and I both see Dr. Brian Collet. First the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Collet made my mom and I feel comfortable and I truly appreciate him explaining everything in a way we could understand, he really cares about his patients. He is very thorough and he does tests that I've never seen done at any other practice. I highly recommend Dr. Collet.

We called Brian Collet's office to make an appointment. We had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment. It was rescheduled. While trying to go to the appointment Today (September 15th), our car wouldn't start. We alerted the office as soon as we could. Brian's receptionist rescheduled the appointment. About 5 minutes later, the receptionist called us back and said we can't go to their office or make any appointments because we "already cancelled twice so I can't have any more appointments at their office." This is rude and obnoxious. You gave us an appointment, and called 5 minutes later stating that we can't go to the office anymore. I didn't see any rule or warning stating that there was a cap on how much you can reschedule. Even if this was stated on their website, it's unreasonable. Are you upset that you couldn't bill our insurance? We needed the appointment but will gladly look elsewhere. DO NOT go to this office. They portray poor business practices. I would not recommend.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Collet is friendly, funny yet very knowledgeable about his craft. Highly recommend this office. The assistant eye nurse is great as well. I appreciate Dr. Collet speaking french to connect with my mom and to also make sure she understood the procedures being performed on her. Wish every doctor's office had the same welcoming atmosphere as this office.

A very intelligent, understanding and compassionate doctor. He totally understood my concerns and fears and most importantly was willing to have a snowbird as a client. Thankful that he is helping me. Great man!

I've been seeing Dr. Collet for many years now. The office is small but clean. Parking can be rough. Wait times can be a bit long but I don't mind. I know that he takes his time with each and every patient. He's very thorough in his assessments and discussions on possible treatment plans and he addresses any concerns you may have. I never felt rushed during any of my appointments and I always felt like he had genuine interest in my care. He's treated me for cataracts and retinal tears and all the outcomes have been great. I'm grateful for his care and will continue to recommend him to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist.
