I went to Cohens in Huntington today, and all the employees were great! I had an amazing exam from Katherine, and then Elita and Beth helped me order contacts as well as pick out a new pair of glasses! They were so helpful and I will only go here from now on!

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to for Cohen's Optical in Huntington. I broke my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP. Beth truly went above and beyond for me. She helped coordinate everything, worked with my insurance, and made the entire process completely stress-free. Choosing frames can be overwhelming, but Beth stayed with me for nearly two hours while I decided. She gave honest input, helped me narrow down options, and even took photos on my phone so I could compare how each frame looked. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported. The doctor was efficient and professional, he answered all of my questions and I didn't have to wait at all. I chose rimless glasses, and Beth asked the lab staff, Robin to come show me how the lenses should be shaped and cut to fit my face, and he even measured carefully to make sure everything would be perfect and explained how to size and shape the lenses so they would best fit my face. It really felt like they cared about getting every detail right. The entire staff made what can sometimes feel like an intimidating appointment feel comfortable and easy. They also have a huge selection of frames to choose from, which made the experience even better. Beth especially has such a warm, welcoming presence, she truly makes the place feel inviting and personal. I'm really grateful for the care and attention I received here. Highly recommend this location!

Thank you to the entire staff at Cohen's in Huntington. Dr. Ania is always a divine helper, and the front desk staff are angels as well. Elita & Kathy were very helpful with me during my appointment and checkout process . A special thank you to Robin as well, who got a pair of frame replacements ready for me on the spot . A very special team of individuals is here; you're in good hands if you come to this location !

Just picked up my Tag Heuer frameless eyeglasses from Cohen Optical on 110 across Walt Whitman Mall. I CAN SEE!!! Elita and Robin made me feel like family the first time I stopped by the shop. I needed a bit of a customization and Robin used his expertise to fit me with a perfect pair of glasses. Elita recommended that I wait for Robin because of my fitment issues (Big Head). So I did and I was not disappointed. If you need glasses and you want to be treated by friendly knowledgeable staff, don't hesitate to pay a visit.

I don't write many reviews, but Cohen's, and especially Beth, definitely deserves a shout out. I stopped into Cohen's last week because my doctor didn't have a pair of frames I was interested in. I met Beth who quickly showed me what I was looking for but then found me the most perfect frame I never knew I needed. More importantly, picking new frames was always so stressful - Beth made it not only easy but FUN. Excellent communication, excellent service - Cohen's is my new spot. Thank you for making it a great experience!

I recently just got a new pair of glasses from Cohen's Fashion Optical and it was a wonderful experience. As someone who is very indecisive, the staff at this establishment made my process quick and easy! The staff was very friendly especially Beth who was a pleasure to work with. Beth was extremely helpful and found me the perfect pair of glasses! Thank you for making something that may be stressful, a very painless and great experience!!

I had such high hopes for Cohen's Optical in Huntington, but my experience was overwhelmingly negative. The customer service manager was, in my personal experience, extremely rude and pushy to the point where I ultimately decided to walk out. Instead of being helped, I felt pressured and talked down to, which made the entire situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. The only bright spot at this location is Dr. Anya, who works on Fridays. She is truly amazing--warm, patient, and genuinely attentive. She's the kind of doctor who takes the time to answer questions and makes you feel cared for. It's unfortunate that such a great doctor is paired with such poor customer service at the front. Overall, I cannot recommend this location because of the management experience I had, but Dr. Anya absolutely deserves recognition for her exceptional care.

Elita and Robin were WONDERFUL! Professional, friendly and very intuitive / knowledgeable in their respective positions. They truly make you feel like family. So glad that I switched to this location from another Cohen's Fashion Optical store where the customer service experience was considerably subpar to that of the Huntington location. Elita, Robin and the other Huntington employees are a credit to the company name. They have a customer for life!
