The process was exceptionally smooth, from the initial registration to the pre-examination and final examination with the doctor. Dr. Picchione demonstrated professionalism and a remarkable ability to communicate effectively. He provided a comprehensive explanation of my concerns and prescribed an appropriate solution. I am confident in my decision to return to Dr. Picchione and visit Lens Crafters. Rudy Garay, our eyeglass salesman, was also exceptional. He exhibited patience and a wealth of knowledge, contributing to an overall five-star experience.

I had a new patient eye exam at Walt Whitman LensCrafters with Dr. Picchione and could not be happier with my experience. I was seen as soon as I arrived, the staff was very timely and courteous, exam rooms and store were spotless, and the Dr was able to answer any questions I had. Afterwards, I was introduced to Rudy to assist me in picking the right frames/lenses and I am so glad I was! Rudy is beyond informative, caring, and so funny! I am actually looking forward to my next visit haha

I have been having Eye Exams at Lens Crafters for at least 20 years. They have always been wonderful. Today was my first visit with Dr Chris Picchione. He is bright and intelligent. The exam was very thorough and he gave me plenty of time to ask questions. His answers were clear and concise and he backed up the info with pictures and explanations. I recommend him highly.

Great experience. Dr Jack Fried was excellent. A thorough eye examination and explained any concerns I questioned. I got there early and had time to look at a lot of glasses. Got honest comments from a staff member how they looked on me. Finally, measuring and adding some extras were made easy. I would highly recommend. The receptionist girls were sweet and helpful. Can't wait to get my new glasses
