I made an appointment and the eye doctor was super professional and so nice. They have an amazing selection of glasses and got a new pair and sunglasses. I have been a customer for many years. I have United Healthcare ,Medicare and Medicaid. I never had to pay anything for my glasses. Now I have to pay 29.00. The person who answered the phone is nasty. It went from no charge to 29.00 to 39.00. When I told her I have Medicaid that's why I don't pay anything she said she doesn't care. Then hung up on me.

Got new glasses from there and gave mad attitude when I explained to them the glasses were too small, which were extremely tight. The guy decided to sigh loudly at me when looking at the glasses then proceeded to make them extremely loose. So disrespectful honestly. No need for so much attitude

Needed to do my eye exam to renew my drivers license for dmv, stopped in to make sure they did it and they do, they told me it was $25 but if I have insurance they can cover it, they checked and it was covered also did a full eye exam and told me my insurance covers a free pair of glasses, they got everything done fast and easy, very friendly and helpful, great staff and great experience, wait time and appointment time was on point, happy with my experience, thank you
