Awesome experience and always as a first time or even coming here was a pleasant light and would recommend New York enemy area for anybody living here like I am and even visiting to please make a move up here because these docs are professionals just like the nurse at the hospital but really a game perfection type good

I had my first appointment at Clear Vision Ophthalmology, and I was truly impressed from start to finish. The staff delivered an outstanding level of personalized care, taking the time to understand my concerns and explain each step of the process. The exam itself was incredibly thorough, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. Shivah, and Dr. Chu were very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It's clear that they take pride in providing high-quality care and making patients feel comfortable. I left feeling confident in my eye health and grateful for the attention to detail throughout my visit. Dr. Patel has a great team; I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an ophthalmologist who truly goes above and beyond!

Great People, Great service. I come very regularly and it's always a pleasure to come by and interact with everyone who works at this office. I feel validated and connected to the doctors I've been seeing since 2019. Clean and organized office + prompt care as always. Will highly recommend.

DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE! Dr Patel chose to leave before our appointment and no one from the office called us to make us aware. When I arrived by cab with my elderly mother, no one said anything either! We sat there waiting and filling out forms for nothing. The entire staff is inconsiderate and disrespectful! You are dealing with an elderly person (84 year old)! Shame on you for being so abusive! I should have asked for the cab fare!

Long long waits and packed full waiting area. This is the 3rd time. I.will look for a. New place. The wait is over 1 hour. The office takes in too many patients. 2 co-pays and waiting to see the doctor. Its now 4 55 and I came 345pm. Never again I come here.

Amazing experience! The staff was super friendly, and Karina was wonderful. She made everything easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Dr Chu was an excellent doctor who took her time explaining every detail. Staff are also very kind and helpful - a lovely experience! Fast work up time!
