Jackson Heights Vision Center

I came across a new eye doctor since my previous doctor didn't take my insurance anymore. I was very pleased with the service including the doctor who answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and heard with all my concerns. Ms. Carolina was super helpful! She helped me pick my pair of glasses and explained what I can get with my new pair! There's a variety of options at this location! I loved my experience here, I ended up buying two pairs!!

I really like this office. The doctor was very thorough with my exam to try to cover all bases and gave me a referral for a specialist so I can have more answers for my issue. Angela was wonderful helping me pick out frames. She was patient and kindly honest about the frames we were selecting. Though most of the frames are designer which is out of the price range for most, you can still get quality care and not be forced to buy designer wear. I really recommend this office!

I highly recommend Vision Center for any of your optical needs. I want to particularly recognize Carolina for all of her help from beginning to end. Not only did she exhibit the highest level of professionalism but also her undivided patience in teaching me how to put on and remove my contact lenses for the first time. Her personal touch is second to none and to say that she went above and beyond falls short to describe the actual experience .

Amazing selection of glasses, along side an amazing team. Karen was great!!! She assisted me with my frames and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely will be going back to her for any future glasses/frames purchases.

A clean, comfortable, and quiet lobby. Many frame styles to choose from. Friendly, patient (*very* patient, I took a long time to make up my mind!), and helpful in every way. Calm, thorough, professional optometrists. Convenient access from the 82nd Street 7-train stop in Jackson Heights. These are some of the many reasons why our family appreciates Jackson Heights Vision Center! (Note, there is no parking lot, which is common for *any* location in Jackson Heights!)

Terrible place. The only thing the saleswoman cared about was selling me the most expensive glasses without caring about the customer's situation. From the beginning I mentioned that I needed reading glasses and she offered me $600 glasses, the cheapest $500) supposedly I had a special discount for medical insurance and finally the lowest quality and cheapest product for $400. After the famous discount... basically they force you to BUY THE product without mentioning that THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND NO CANCELLATION. TO TOP IT OFF, THIS "MISTRESS" ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS DECEIVING YOU (basically a robbery), when I called about the glasses she told me that they would never process them because they wanted more money as a deposit... and I couldn't cancel it because there is no refund, which this unscrupulous saleswoman never mentioned. Definitely not professional, that's called stealing, unethical and lacking in truth. I went to another ophthalmological center and they cost me much less and the service was excellent. Please take care of your money and don't be fooled by sites like this...

This was my third time going to them. Each time I never walk away disappointed, the women at the front always help me choose a stunning pair of glasses that fit my face and style. I worked with Karen C this last time, she wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my choice and was a great sounding board for whether glasses looked good on me or if they were just ok. I've never been disappointed coming here.
