20 years of wearing glasses and I have yet to meet an optometrist as thorough and patient as Dr. Kellett. She took the time to explain every step and provided the most detailed explanations for my questions. The front desk staff are also wonderful. Jane was able to get me an appointment on the same day that I called to book my first appointment. The office is easy to get to and there is parking. There are also many other medical specialists' offices around there.

If you wrongly diagnose someone the least you can do is apologize. My family has been coming here for 20 years for standard checkups and the one time we actually needed a proper diagnosis not only did Dr. Kellett prescribe a medication my mom was allergic to but she wrongly diagnosed her with conjunctivitis in the first place too. When the diagnosis was corrected by a separate doctor at another practice and my mom went back to inform Dr. Kellett, she didn't receive any apology and Dr. Kellett didn't assume any responsibility for the mistake. The least you can do is apologize to a dedicated 20+ year patient
