It took me over an hour to schedule an appointment for an acute problem today. The call was routed overseas, and I could hardly understand the person I was speaking to. I ended up booking it online where my only option was to book for a cosmetic procedure, even though it was an acute medical problem. Since this office joined Sight MD I have been accused of not paying a bill. It was over a year old. The doctors there have always been great, but after the recent experience, I doubt I'll be returning back. I have never given such a low rating before and I am a retired nurse so this is not given lightly. When I expressed my frustration, everybody agreed with me, but said they could do nothing. I even got a phone call while I was in the waiting room asking Me if I wanted to make an appointment. I explained to the person that I was sitting in the office and why were they calling me to schedule an appointment to which I also could not get an answer.

Procedure was so quick and painless. Staff were so friendly and reassuring and kept me informed every step of the procedure, they even gave me a countdown while the Lasik was going to calm my nerves. Dr. Samburky was wonderful and very patient with all of my questions. Still only a few days post procedure but my vision is amazing so far. Highly recommend Dr. Sambursky and his team and thank you for giving me my sight back!

My visit today was excellent! I felt bad for the girl that was checking everybody in because she had to do all kinds of new computer transitions however Jesse did a fantastic job with me before Dr. Palombaro came in. And then he did a great job with me also! I would recommend this office to anybody who wants to take good care of their eyes.

Cataract surgery completed for left eye one week ago. unable to see, so surgery was a need. After one week, blurry, but WAY better than before procedure. Chose Pan-optics pro lens product. mostly based on statements that flares, halos were way better (than previous version). I have problem with this statement. I see white streak lower left to upper right full vision area with left eye now, during bright lights, day, or night. Not willing to risk right eye surgery at this time, because right eye is presently better than left post-op eye. Will re-visit if that changes.
Getting in contact with anyone in office is near impossible, phone system a maze of press 1-7 for these, or just wait. Amid phone ads about how great place is, and so many wonderful services while waiting. Seldom get the office. Usually goes to answering service. They have a answering service for the front desk! During the procedure, everyone was nice, pre-op was not stressful. Anesthesiologist was nice. I felt pressure, but no pain during procedure. IF you have trouble seeing, this will probably help, but- at a cost. Good Luck!
