She has been my son's doctor for years. (He's now 21). She is amazing and the staff is so super sweet. They get him in fast if he has any issues. I highly recommend this practice. Great doctor with an AMAZING kind, caring staff. Cant ask for much better than that!

If you want glasses that actually suit you--and not ones you might regret buying later--go see Sarah! She is super nice, friendly, professional and wonderful! She always helps me find the perfect pair of glasses, and make sure the frames suit me really well. I never feel rushed during my visits, She always explains all the confusing prescription terms with patience, and makes sure your glasses fit like a dream. Honestly, she's my go-to every time. Can't imagine getting glasses without her help! If you need glasses and want someone who truly listens and cares--go see Sarah!!

If i could give 0 i would. I think the staff is great but the doctor doesn't have a clue what she's doing. She got my script wrong not once but twice and had to have new lenses. Now I had to return my glasses and cancel the order. My insurance won't pay for another exam because she already did the exam now I have to do this all over again and pay for the exam. Unacceptable she should be paying me for the new exam

5/12/25, Dr. Zemken and her staff, (Sara) are professional, pleasant, and patient. We purchased 3 pairs of prescription progressive glasses and sunglasses. All were ready in 7 business days.

I cannot give a positive review of the care that I received from this doctor. There are no policies listed in the office no policies given to you with your purchase none listed on website therefore, I had no idea that they would not back the exam and the eyeglasses that they sold me 100%. $497 out the door as I cannot wear the glasses because at the time of the exam, doctor was fully aware that I was having retina surgery and still performed an exam. According to the retina specialist, any ophthalmologist would know that my eyes are going to change as a result of the surgery and therefore no eye exam should have been done before the surgery. I called and called I emailed over and over again only to get the same response 2 sometimes 3 weeks later 'we can't help you there are no refunds'. they did offer finally to have me come in and take a look at the prescription, but I don't know about you once I lose faith in a doctor there is no going back. I would not let her touch me again. Be very careful using this doctor. They didn't do a thing to help me and refuse to refund the glasses immediately after receipt , telling me that I couldn't even bring them back. $497 down the drain and a pair of glasses that I can't even wear.

My first visit here today was fantastic! Everyone is very nice, patient, and very helpful! My wife and I both had appointments and we were both in and out in less than an hour! There was absolutely no pushy sales here - all options were explained clearly. They made suggestions, but did not push us towards more expensive options. I am so glad we chose this office for our eye care needs! Highly recommended! They are popular, so you may have to schedule an appointment well in advance, but the wait is certainly worth it! :-)

I have been going to Empire Vision for many years and finally was in need for change. I was very pleased with Dr. Zemken and her staff. My exam was thorough and Dr. Zemken answered all my questions. Her staff are warm and welcoming. They took the time to help me pick out the glasses that looked and fit the best.
