Greatest place to get glasses! In style frames and best customer service I've ever experienced by far!

We always have an amazing experience at Schrier Optometric Associates. Dr. Schrier is always patient and thorough in his exam and is an excellent clinician. Elisheva is so helpful and kind and always has great advice on selecting glasses.

Before I visited doctor I read reviews and I was doubted to go there because some people weren't happy but anyway I scheduled to see doctor. I was amazed how receptionist and doctor were polite, smiling and explaining everything. I am very happy with care, I will refer my family and friends.

One of the kindest and most professional offices! The staff and Dr. Schrier are extremely patient and knowledgeable and open on Sundays! They do a great job in matching you to the frames that are covered by your insurance - a hidden gem!

Incredibly rude staff. The Dr and his secretary are both incredibly uncouth. I asked for the secretary to explain my prescription to me and she responded sarcastically with "this is the first part, this is the second part,and this is the third part." I was refused services that my insurance pays for, simply because the doctor was in a foul mood . Go to a different doctor

Waste of time. The lady stated over the phone they take the "H insurance" but when I arrived she said only lenses are covered by the insurance. She showed me a plastic frame for $100. She claimed that she told me over the phone that the (H insurance) does not cover the frames. But she did not. The insurance in fact covers the frames. For that she said its not good for small infant. When I said, we will take it she said "I do not recommended it sorry". I informed her that I have to come by a taxi as she requested to bring him with me. She said also, when you come to pick up the glasses you have to bring him with you? We ended up without the eye-glasses. Also, my son and I supposed to be the only 2 persons with her at the shop but she allowed 2 more adults to come in. As a matter of fact, she started servicing one of them while still having a chat with her. The service was not good at all.

The Dr is amazing...he may seem a little blunt but he sincerely cares abt your well being(cant say that abt every dr).the lady in the front is super accommodating and nice....Highly recommend!!

The doctor is very unprofessional and rude. Treated me and my elderly father is extremely derogatory manner. I have never seen a physician with such disrespectful attitude. Shouldn't be called a doctor in the first place. I regret my visit and do not recommend anyone to go there.
