The experience was great. Took the eye exam, spoke with the doctor and came up with a new prescription. Picked out several choices for glasses I liked, then narrowed it down to one pair I really liked. Paid for the new prescription eyeglasses. It took about 1 to 2 weeks for them to arrive. Once I was notified they were in I went to the location and tried them on and left wearing my new glasses. I am very happy with my new glasses. The whole experience was professional and courteous.

The people at the front desk are wonderful! Their boss, not so much. Not even a smile looked right at me several times, no smile, no acknowledgment. I feel bad for them having to work for her. Glad I did not have to interact with her. The doctor Was wonderful. Really enjoyed talking with him, he explained everything about the exam. Would have been five star if not for that dour, angry faced female boss.

I walked into Long Island Vision Care at the Smithhaven Mall for the first time yesterday (8/22). Let me tell you this is.......Long Island Vision is WONDERFUL!!!! The staff in the eye exam area are extremely kind and friendly. Best of all DR. BRIAN BERLINER is magical!!! Dr. Brian is so endearing and great with his clients. If it wasn't for Dr. Brian I wouldn't be able to SEE the world perfectly. THANK YOU Dr. Brian. By the way Dr. Brian is the ONLY Dr I love to see. Everyone should go to him.

Although I miss Tara and dr. B. The office staff are nice and dr. Shnur is great. Ok now they were bought out by LensCrafters and they don't take Medicare.. now after 30 years I had to find a new dr. I guess Medicare patients don't matter anymore. Dr schnur was a great doc to have.i miss him.

This office is very professional and efficient. I have seen over three different Doctors and this office and Dr Schnur is the doctor to fit me properly for my contact lens. It has been years since I have been able to see so clearly and it is due to this office and the work they do. It is refreshing to go to an office that actually cares and takes the time to get the job done right the first time. I wish I found Dr. Mark Schnur years ago before having to visit so many other offices. The office staff is always friendly and just as efficient. I also find it great that they take the extra step to make their patients feel safe with their extra sanitary efforts amid these pandemic times. I don't often give 5 stars but this office earned them. I have referred this office and others have made appointments to go and get an exam there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. .
