I walk in to make appointment, spoke to the front desk. He was fantastic I explained I have a problem on my right eye for a few months, I was told by other doctor it was floaters. But on my right eye I could see a spot all day and night. I also felt discomfort. Anyway the front desk man spoke to the doctor and he saw me right away. First time with Dr Kevin Vo for my elderly mom at the SightMD sight in Brooklyn and thankfully it was a good experience. He was very patient and had a good bedside manner. Took his time to explain what was going on with my Mom's declining sight and wasn't rushed. I'm hoping he remains there as they tend to rotate docs every several months.
UPDATE: the front desk staff deserves kudos as well. Whether in person or on the phone, they are polite, patient, professional and with a good demeanor. The techs there who do all of the preliminary work are also helpful & professional except for one who seems to not want to be there.
