Dr. Benzoni was absolutely wonderful during my 6-year-old son's eye exam today. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough--taking the time to explain every step in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was her warm and friendly personality and how well she connected with my son. She made him feel completely comfortable and even turned the exam into a fun experience with reading and age appropriate video to maintain his focus while she examined his eyes! Dr. Benzoni truly knows how to engage with both children and parents, creating a welcoming environment for the whole family. I left the appointment feeling confident and well-informed about my child's vision care. Highly recommend Dr. Benzoni & Associates to anyone looking for exceptional and caring eye care!

I have seen Dr. Modesto and Dr. Rossi and they're both great. They take time to explain things and they are honest and they take your health serious. I had a possible serious condition and they referred me to a retinal specialist and followed up with me. And I know they're honest because I went to an optometrist in the area prior to finding Merrick Family Eye Care and I had a very negative experience. Lorraine is great helping to order eyeglasses. My only complaint...the chairs in the waiting room are in much need of a vacuum and some sanitizer.

Have been a patient for two years here. Everyone is very friendly and both doctors I have are a pleasure to deal with, would recommend for anyone looking for a good eye doctor office in the area

I sent message 2 1/2 days ago, still no answer, as with other businesses with 5-star or close to 5-star rating, but one has to be a bit naive to think every single customer was perfectly happy with every single job done by a company, the punctuality, cleanliness, price, patience in explaining, workmanship, guarantee, etc. Basically, if it's a small job with little profits to be made, many companies just file your inquiry in the circular file on the floor in a corner, though oddly once a complaint is made, quick to answer with an excuse that has nothing to do with them: the phone service, the internet, computers down, etc. Obviously my 1-star rating pertains to no call back as I obviously have no experience with the quality of work, and never will.

Dr Benzoni was phenomenal. Our first time at the office, they have a client for life. She was great with my 6 year old daughter. She took her time and was very thorough with the examination. Best Eye doctor we been to so far

Dr. Benzoni is the best and she has the most caring staff. I've been with her practice for many years. I have seen her for normal visits and for multiple eye injuries. I have never been disappointed with the care I have received there. I even take my kids to her now.
