I have had an excellent experience at this office. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive in love with Yahira, Nicole and Naomi and the doctors demonstrate genuine care for each patient. They take the time to thoroughly explain every detail, ensuring that all questions are answered. Additionally, the office is impeccably clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this practice for anyone seeking quality care.

We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up-- I tool it! Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!! I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous . This is a practice that i would recommend. Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son -- sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep -- she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay-- well worth it!!! Thank you Dr. Napolitano!!!

Had an eye irritation for a week that was very painful. Was able to get an emergency appointment with Dr Napatolina who gladly saw me and prescribed treatment. Which was a success. She has proven over the years how valuable she is to her patients.

Great office. Clean and well run. All staff are very personable and professional. The leadership of the doctor is very apparent.

I wish I could give zero stars.! This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a clinic. Last year, I went to this doctor urgently for severe dry eye. I was desperate and immediately underwent a dry amniotic membrane insertion, paying $2,400 out-of-pocket for just one eye. I had called my insurance beforehand and was told that no pre-approval was required. During the procedure, The Dr handled my cornea roughly, as if it were a piece of meat. Because of the numbing drops, I didn't say anything at the time, but about an hour later I developed severe eye pain. After this experience, I went to another eye clinic where I had the same procedure done on the other eye. That doctor was much gentler, inserted the membrane carefully, and covered it with a bandage lens. To my surprise, everything was also fully covered by insurance. I tried to get reimbursement from 20/20 Eye Clinic, but the insurance company explained that the clinic had not submitted enough documentation. I went back and forth between the clinic and insurance company for months, but in the end, I lost $2,400. Eventually, I received a letter stating that the insurance would not cover it due to the specific material this clinic used -- something I was never informed about. (They informed me only that the insurance company specifies which materials are covered, but the clinic never told me which product was used for my procedure.) Overall, I went through unnecessary pain, stress, and financial loss. This was a terrible experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

Our first time there...we were greeted, they were very professional helpful and informative. Our doctor, Dr. Napolitano was exceptional. We would recommend family and friends

I absolutely love this office! The staff and doctors are outstanding--professional, caring, and supportive from start to finish. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service.

I suddenly had a floater right in my line of vision. I called and was able to get a same day appointment since you don't mess around with that stuff. Dr. Napolitano and the entire staff were incredible! They took test after test and did a thorough exam. Even though the floater will be with me for a while, it was nice to know it wasn't dangerous and Dr. Napolitano was incredible at explaining how the floater works and it made it all make sense and take the worry away. I highly recommend this location.
