Consumer Beware.
Although the physician I saw at this office was excellent, Optum Medical Care's fees are way above the "Usual and Customary" charges within the industry. The bill for my one-time optometrist appointment was $1,829, with my portion of the bill being $760. I understand healthcare companies need to be profitable, but this bill comes across as corporate greed.

I do not recommend this office for anybody the staff is very racist and disrespectful wouldn't want anyone to go here and waste time like I did thanks to someone named amber i wish I could speak to someone about this but im forced to just warn everyone don't come here unless you want to waste time and be treated poor no customer service at all wow shocked to see such bad people in charge of our health no even the manager answered when I called about it upon speaking to the manager she wanted to justify her teams behavior crazy world we live in DONT GO HERE
