My experience with them was great. Dr Mathews is someone I can highly recommend. They are well organized and made my cataract surgeries a breeze

The female I dealt with behind the counter was rude, unprofessional and passive aggressive toward me. I arrived more than 40 mins early for my child's appt and she took more than 2hrs to take copies of my NYS ID and my child's insurance card and then gave them to another to give to me at checkout. Absolutely, disgusting. My next visit, I will make sure not to have contact with her. Don't ask about names because none of the. Wear name tags. I will know her when I see her.

Dr Matthews is a great surgeon worked on both my corneas. I haven't had a problem in years since surgery. Highly recommend.

Not the friendliest of staff and good luck if you have to call them to request medical records! I called and spoke to someone, making them aware of my request and was put on hold for over forty minutes before I called from a different phone. I waited an additional ten minutes before being told that I'd have to sign a medical release form, pay $.75/page and wait up to thirty days before getting my results. Stay away from this place! There are far better, more friendly ophthalmology offices out there.

I had cataract surgery by Dr. Julia Mathew recently. She was absolutely amazing. My whole experience was better & easier than I anticipated. Highland Opthamology Assoc. is a very busy practice - they are extremely organized, runs like clockwork & everyone is super friendly & helpful. Technician Kathleen made my 1st visit really enjoyable!! I highly recommend Dr. Mathew & HOA!!!

I was referred to Highland Ophthalmology after I was experiencing vision problems once I had my baby. What I don't like is how it takes the eye doc already takes a little while to see you but if you are trying on contacts they leave the room for a while and will come back for your eyes to settle and again if you need to try a different lens brand or persc. It makes the appointment unnecessarily long. I've been to places where they will sit with you the 2 minutes until your eyes adjust. Dr Mar is nice but I had seen her 3-4 times and she wasn't able to get my prescription correct I ended up going back to my original eye doctor.

What truly sets Dr Davidian apart is how deeply she cares for her patients. I recently suffered from an unknown medical condition, she personally followed up with me multiple times to check on my well-being and took it upon herself to connect directly with other specialists on my behalf. She made referrals, coordinated with their offices and stayed in close contact to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Her level of involvement and compassion is something you rarely find in healthcare today. During my office visits I never feel rushed, Dr Davidian listens attentively, walks me through my concerns with patience and I always feel heard, acknowledged, and cared for which has made all the difference during a very difficult time. Her staff is just as supportive, kind and helpful. I am so grateful to be under her care and highly recommend Dr Davidian to anyone looking for a Doctor who goes above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Matthew is an outstanding surgeon. She is friendly, warm and caring. I had an wonderful experience. The whole team there is so knowledgeable, organized and helpful. I would highly recommend this opthamolagy group.
