Broadway Vision at 170th Street

Dr is outstanding! I've been to other eye care places, but none gave me the level of service or lens accuracy like she does. The staff are super kind and courteous too. I've had three exams over the years, and every pair of glasses has been perfect. Thanks for always being so excellent.

I'm a regular patient here and Doc and his staff are always professional and caring. He gave me the most comprehensive eye exam Ive ever had . I trust him completely and liked that he took plenty of time to go over my results. The place is clean and well-kept, and the wait time was minimal.

My first visit to the Broadway Vision Center was a total blast! Check in process was easy. The optometrist assistants were super friendly and professional during my pre-screening testing. Then I met OD. Charles Gold was really thorough with the eye exam, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions. He is simply the best OD ever ! Lastly, Laura helped me find the perfect pair that matches my style. The frames selection was amazing The whole experience was efficient and way better than I expected. I highly recommend this Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service.

I came here when I was a little girl and for some reason I started seeing on a few blocks closer on broadway. However, I decided to finally use my Vision. Insurance. It helped. Not tremendously but at least they accepted my insurance while the other location did not. I was impressed. They checked my insurance and told me exactly what was covered and what wasn't covered. When I went in for the exam I had never ever seen the machines they used for my eye exam. By the time I saw the friendly and experienced optometrist she took my glasses and placed it on a machine that read the current prescription and compared it to my current exam. Because I was getting Contacts as well I used the old school eye exam machine and right away she knew which strength to put it at and I was able to read all the letters. They allowed me to try on the contacts and I couldn't believe how well I could see. Picking out my glasses was an absolute pleasure. I couldn't believe the patience this young lady had and she was extremely professional and helpful. I'm very grateful I chose to visit this office and really sorry I didn't come sooner. My vision as of now is good and I'm very happy. Thank you to the entire staff. You all did an amazing job with myself and my daughter!!!

I came to have an eye Exam with my daughter. The receptionist Angie was friendly and helpful. Dr. Betances explained me in detail the situation with my eyes. Ms. Wendy was very helpful assisted my daughter and I to get our glasses. She is very experienced doing her job. Overall everyone was great ! I recommend this location.

I love Dr. She's always so nice and professional. The staff is awesome and supportive as well. They have a huge variety of glasses and sunglasses to pick from.

I broke my glasses during the flight. I stopped by to get newer ones and they got me as a walk in!! My new glasses look even better than I expected and I received them in no time!! Fantastic service! If I were local, this would be where I'd go for my eye care.
