The beginning of my journey here had all the hallmarks of a potential negative shopping experience, BUT, despite my glasses being lost in transit (and other customers too), which was an unfortunate situation, out of the store's control, they showed professionalism and integrity to redeem themselves, going above and beyond by putting client satisfaction first. Based of this and my interactions with the manager, Clinton and store team, I highly recommend this Cohen optical location. It has to be said also that their shop looks looks beautiful and smartly decorated, better than any Cohen locations in the tri-state area. Thank you. Sal.

The staff were very nice cordial and helpful. Unfortunately, after a whole month waiting for my glasses, I got them, but I never received a call. The next day, I took them back. The prescription wasn't correct. They had to re do them, so I waited no call a week later. I went, and they said next week they would arrive, so I didn't got a call but went back got them. no, I'm so happy with them. I'm just adjusting, I guess, to it because they are still not quite right.

I had the most wonderful experience. Perfect wait time, great doctor, and beautiful store. But, I was especially impressed with T'Shura. Her customer service skills were stellar. She helped me set up a payment plan that suited my needs. She was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. She was attentive to my needs and absolutely one of the best customer service experience I've encountered in a long time. I'd highly suggest this particular Cohen's to anyone after meeting such a great employee!

I was there past Thursday, mainly looking to have a very good Contact Lens prescription, that's all I need.
Despite a couple of hiccups at both ends in regards of communication.. Since I admit, I was also a bit anxious. The manager was very polite and nice to talk with.. I stated that I had terrible experience somewhere else and I please wanted to make sure I have a trial pair, but mainly a good exam.
Dr. Joseph seems to know so well what she does, and she meticulously did my exam making sure to get right measurements.
She explained to me about my special needs when I order my lenses, and why one brand would be better than other, and this it's a process before she writes my final prescription because she wants to make sure my trial they order would fit perfectly.
I don't give a 5 star yet, because I still have to go back and end the process to obtain my Contact lens prescription.
