I've had nothing but poor experiences the last few times I've come. Most recently, I was asking for help with my contacts fit, and they did a whole eye exam on me that was unnecessary but they didn't realize because the person conducting it didn't speak good English. They then wanted to charge me for the exam. Afterwards, I was fed up and I just needed to get more contacts before a trip, so I ordered the same ones I had at the time. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to arrive, just before I left. When they arrived, it turned out they had ordered me something DIFFERENT than what I asked for, claiming "they're better!" But they had never asked me. INCREDIBLY frustrating because I was leaving and didn't have time to wait 2 more weeks for the correct ones to arrive. Overall experience recently had been extremely negative.
