I'm feeling very confused and frustrated with the experience I've had trying to schedule an appointment for my son. I've been given conflicting information by different representatives -- one told me there are no available appointments, while another advised me to seek a different eye doctor because your office hasn't been open for over two months.
I would appreciate some clarity on the status of the office and whether it's possible to schedule an appointment, or if I do indeed need to find care elsewhere!!!

My appointment was for 11:15am. I did arrived 15 minutes early. I was called very quickly to each station to check my eyes. Doctor Roger's took care of me we went through all my options all my questions were answered. He referred me to a specialist before taken any steps for surgery. I would recommend this place. Staff are very caring and do show respect to their patients.

I had a wonderful experience at this eye doctor's office! Dr. Topi was incredibly nice, full of positive energy, and truly passionate about her work. She was understanding, eager to help, and made me feel completely comfortable. The office had such a good, welcoming energy from the moment I walked in--the front desk staff was kind and friendly, and the whole appointment was quick and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better visit!

Misled, ignored, and of course, still billed... -- avoid this doctor's office at all costs.
The most unprofessional medical office I've ever experienced. I called ahead to confirm they could complete a DMV form for a medical window tint exemption and was assured it was possible and had been done there before. After waiting nearly 90 minutes for the doctor to arrive, I was told he would not fill out the form. My eyes were dilated against my request, and I'm sure they will still bill my insurance. A complete disregard for patient needs -- avoid this office.

Due to inclement wearher, I was admitted early and was seen right away going thru a battery of tests before seeing Dr. N.N. who explained everything to me in layman's language and advised since I cont'd to be stable, I should make two app'ts in the near future. I did at Reception and wish to nake two observatiins: the entire office is immaculately clean and the staff were exceedingly polite, accommodating and professional. Who could ask for anything more? I am awarding the practice only 5 stars, because 6 was not available. If anyone I know is in need of eyecare done as it should be, I will not fail to recommend this doctor, and co-woekers I had previously seen, without hesitation. Thank you, FROMER! (05/22/2025)
