I went to them for the very first time there staff is absolutely amazing as well as the Dr. I would highly recommend going to them if you want outstanding service. I would like to take the time out to thank all of the team members that helped me out during my appointment Glenda is amazing she knows her stuff I called to make an appointment she advised me I could just come in as a walk in. Do not go to this optical store. They're very expensive and their service is bad. They charged me 750 for basic lenses and frame. They convinced me to get their in house credit card called Alphaeon by comenity bank. I made the purchase but after 5 minutes I returned to the store to cancel order. They told me I wasn't able to cancel it. I called the credit card company right after they denied the cancellation. the operator told me she does see the charge but can't do anything until it really post on their end. I called them back a week later and I put a dispute on the charge. The card told me that they reached out to Inwood optical and told them that they gave me the eyewear which was a lie. After back and forth and no resolution on the credit card end the optical store decided to bring the eyewear to 500 dollars and a 12 month interest free payment. I really don't need the glasses, but to put an end to this mayhem I decided to take the deal. I will never step foot in that place again. By the way the lady that takes care of customers is someone not to be trusted. This place is a zero.

Horrible place! My son is still waiting for his glasses. It has been an ongoing issue and he has given up. Stay away from this place since their customer service is nonexistent.
