LINE OF SIGHT

I found Dr. Tsai through social media and could immediately tell how much she loves educating people about eye health. Her posts stood out because she genuinely wants patients to understand their eyes, not just get a quick prescription. Even though Line of Sight was out of network for me, I decided to go anyway and pay out of pocket, and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Tsai went above and beyond any eye doctor I've seen before. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely cared for. Her staff are all so friendly, stylish, and know exactly what frames work best for your face. I worked with Nagee, who was amazing. He really listened to what I wanted, picked out styles that fit my personality, and helped me find the perfect pair. I went with a Matsuda pair. The glasses selection here is top tier Line of Sight has such a great energy, and the experience felt personal from start to finish. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else now. UPDATE (11/6): The staff work quick. I received my glasses a week after paying for the glasses. I went in and they made the final adjustments. I absolutely love the pair. Will definitely be back again for more glasses.

Line of Sight is exceptional in every way. The team is polished, professional, and genuinely kind - they are incredibly responsive and deliver a VIP experience every time. I booked a routine eye exam when I was living in the neighborhood, and subsequently turned to them with an unexpected emergency that could have resulted in permanent vision loss had it not been for their expert care. I've since moved out of the neighborhood but I'll never go to another establishment- they've become my trusted destination for all things eye care. The office itself is stunning - chic, modern, and thoughtfully designed - and the experience from start to finish is top notch. Every single person who works there is warm, engaging, and highly professional. I also really appreciate that you can communicate with them via text message which makes scheduling appointments, asking questions, etc., so easy. It's rare to find a practice that blends true expertise with impeccable taste and warmth, but Line of Sight does exactly that. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Na'gee was an extremely patient, understanding, thoughtful design expert in helping me find the perfect frame of new eyeglasses for me. I am very detail-oriented and was a little overwhelmed on where to start with the frame selection process. I never felt rushed or pressured and came to gratefully appreciate his visual and design expertise in finding the most flattering shapes and colors I wanted for myself. Line of Sight is lucky to have him to not only get patients over the finish line but to also ensure that they feel great about their selection. Same feedback applies to the fitting & pick-up process - I love my new Lindbergs thanks to him.

The team at Line of Sight is truly special. I'd like to give a shout out to Na'gee for being very courteous throughout that process, being accommodating with my work schedule, and helping me pick out frames for my glasses. Really cool modern office that makes you feel like you aren't at the eye doctor (in a good way)! The doctors, technicians, and assistants are all super helpful and knowledgeable. Na'gee helped me select my glasses style and gives really good input and made the selection process a lot easier. They have so many unique glasses styles. I'll definitely be coming back.

My initial encounter was through ZocDoc when I scheduled an appointment and provided my insurance details. I met with Dr. Tsai, but things quickly unraveled when, mid-examination, the team realized that my insurance was not accepted. This mix-up left me feeling frustrated and as though I had wasted a significant portion of not only my day but also, the doctor's. I decided to return the following year after switching my vision insurance. I appreciate the modern office setup. I did find a pair of glasses that I adored during this visit, thanks to the assistance of a stylish team member who expertly matched them to my complexion, skin color, and eyelash length. I also ordered a supply of contact lenses, which, unfortunately, didn't work for me. The office graciously agreed to refund the unopened boxes and gave me a store credit. Several months later, I returned to the office to select a second pair of glasses. After getting home from the fitting, I noticed that the frame was mangled. Upon contacting the office, I had to make additional visits to address the issue. Upon further inspection, I also discovered that my original pair glasses also had uneven frames, with one side even exhibiting a crack - a clear indication of lab quality issues. I understand that Line of Sight is still a relatively new business, and I'm hopeful that they will improve with time. However, it's clear that they could benefit greatly from better organization and attention to detail.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Line of Sight thus far--an annual checkup and new glasses. I can honestly say their stock of glasses is unrivalled. They carry so many brands and styles in store. Also available via text which I find very convenient. Overall, a great experience and incredibly attentive service.

The examination room was by far the fanciest one I have ever been to. The optometrist was very thorough and patient with my million questions. Na'gee was extremely helpful as well. He offered me a decent amount of frames to try on and I was able to pick one out fairly quickly. This is definitely a higher end optical store, but you get what you pay. My money was well spent.
