From the beginning the office was extremely professional I felt very welcomed. Dr. Cassel was efficient and thorough with my eyes, he has state of the art equipment and a HUGE selection of eyewear. My prescription is completely accurate and my glasses are so amazing that I keep getting compliments! I will be returning for a second pair. Highly recommended!!!

Dr.Cassel was great! He was very kind and thorough. The doctor explained each step he was taking during the eye exam and worked to find me contact lenses that worked for my unique situation. The office staff were also efficient and very helpful.

I had a terrible experience with Mitchell Cassel in NYC. When I arrived he was extremely frustrated with the woman at the front desk, claiming she made some error, and was being very rude. He then stormed out of the office. After 15 mins he stormed back in then started yelling at the receptionist.
I should mention this was an elder woman of color. I went up to him and told him this was extremely inappropriate, at which point he said I did not have to see him.
I asked for my refund and while the woman at the front desk was processing it for me Mitchell was yelling at another woman of color about taking a picture of something during his exam and he snatched her phone from her. I told him he should be careful and could be reported for how he treats his employees and got my receipt and walked out. I hope to dissuade anyone from giving this guy any business. So sad to see people being treated like this especially by men in a position of power.
