When coming to health clinic as this one , you coming for some kind of help. You expect people in the clinic to be more compassionate. So sorry I couldn't find it here. Doctor was professional . What this place needs is more smile and sensitivity

Just spoke with Noel from the scheduling team and have rarely if ever encountered a less professional or more rude individual in customer service. Not only was the information provided not at all helpful but she also disconnected and hung up. This person should not be working there, nor, I would guess, anywhere else. DISGUSTING!!!!

It's a terrible hospital. Every time I go, they make me wait at least 3 hours. Also, the doctors are very uninterested. They literally stall you

My appointment started off on a good note with the assistant helping Dr. Gupta. I waited patiently for the doctor who was too busy to address my concerns. She spent all of 4 minutes reviewing the results from the optics exam. She barely had time to get the correct eye drops. I don't wear contacts and never had any. I'm very concerned about my eyes and I waited for that appointment just to be hurried out of the exam room. This is healthcare in a busy city.

Went in for an appointment at 1pm. Was told it would take one hour.
They took me quickly and dilated my eyes. Then told me to wait in a room.
After 45 minutes, no doctor had checked in with me. I asked a nurse for an update. She said "the doctor is with someone, go to the room and wait."
Another 30 minutes go by. It is now 215pm and still no sign of the doctor. I asked the front desk. They said "the doctor is with someone, it should not be much longer." So I went back to the room aggravated.
I continued to wait until 240pm. At this point, I've waited 100 (!) minutes and no sign of the doctor at all. No apology from anyone on staff. No updates from anyone either - I'm the one who kept asking and every time I did, they made me feel like I'm the one with a problem.
I wound up leaving the store, eyes dilated and all, and made my way home.
This was the worst medical experience I can remember. Should've gone to Weill Cornell across the street. Will not return.

I was there today and I had a bad experience from one of the staffers. She was unprofessional, curt and just plain rude. She needs to be re' trained because she does not know how to interact with patients. I made a formal complaint to Dr. Wong (an excellent doctor by the the way) and I really hope he looks into this matter.
The clerk or tech I encountered was the type of essential worker no organization needs she is truly a reason I might not return.

Dr Reddy is an excellent doctor. He's very knowledgeable, knows the latest surgical techniques and has a welcoming bedside manner.
The staff was a pleasure to deal with. Very polite and super efficient whether in person or via email.
Waiting time was always within 15 minutes.
