This doctor here is so approachable and really listens to your concerns. The frame selection is great, and everyone there is happy to help. I love the honest advice they give when you're trying to choose your glasses; very helpful honestly. And I am so amazed that they can have your contact and glasses order ready within the same day usually. I picked out two new frames, and they cut the lenses and had my new glasses ready in 30 minutes.This is really an amazing business/doctor.

I got some glasses here today after being recommended by a family member. I worked with Jeff the owner and he was awesome! He helped me pick glasses that fit my face well and he had lots of options to choose from. What really impressed me was his ability to make the lenses on the spot. I literally walked in with no prescription and walked out in less than an hour with a pair of glasses. I've never experienced anything like this. I know one thing. I found my go to eye glass shop. I recommend you check them out. Definitely where it's at!

I called to schedule my first appointment with Optical and they fit me in for the next day. The staff was very helpful and they had my frames ready within AN HOUR! I have never had such quick service for eye care. Very sweet people.

I have bought numerous pairs of glasses from Optical Insight and I have had the best experience. Jeff is great and very honest, he always gives me the best prices. You could try on the most expensive glasses at the store and he'll tell you not to get them if they don't look good or aren't right for your face. They spend time with customers and they care. I wouldn't go anywhere besides Optical Insight for glasses. Do yourself a favor and check it out, plus the turn-around time is super fast - one day.

UPDATE A YEAR LATER: tried to write a new review but apparently i can only write one. went into the shop today and Donna helped me pick out the perfect frames (my mom loves them) at around 3pm. she called the lens supplier while i was standing there and they confirmed the ones i needed were in stock so she asked for ASAP shipping so i could have them for the weekend. the gentleman who cuts the glass and assembles the glasses agreed to stay late for me as he was not going to be in the shop tomorrow. i got a call before 4:30pm letting me know that the glasses were done and available for pick up. he didn't even need to stay late because they were done so fast. went from work to the shop and still caught my ferry with no issue! not all heroes wear capes, people! My dog ate my glasses... I swear. So i made a last minute appointment at 10:30 for 11:30, walked out at 12:15 with a completed eye exam and my choice of frames and came back at 5pm and picked up my glasses. Complete service in one day. Donna called the messenger to come pick up the frames for the order while i was standing right in front of her. Quick and professional service, very accommodating and kind staff. All very knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier.

The service here was beyond great. I stopped by just to view their frame collection and make a future appointment. Not only did they have a nice selection, they gave me my eye exam on the spot and I got my 2 pairs in LESS THAN 24HRS!!! I was there about 3:30pm and received a call at noon the VERY next day. This blew my mind because I am use the "we have to mail it out" response. Now I proudly own my first pair of Perscription sunglasses and new casual glasses.

I have been going to Opitcal Insight for 2 years now and I love it. The customer service is great. Donna, the store manager, sat with me for 3 full hours trying on different pairs of glasses until I found the right frames. And then, in that same night, I was able to get my prescription lenses put into them and off I went. It was a great experience since I not only got an awesome pair of glasses at a reasonable price, but also everyone at the store was extremely personable and down to earth. In addition, the optician, Dr. Rapp, was intelligent and very nice as well. I would definitely recommend going here.

Entire experience was excellent! The doctor was great and very nice during the exam. I could not ask for better service, advice and guidance while picking out my frames! All three of my glasses were ready the same day, which I was not expecting at all! Highly recommend visiting their facility!
