Came in as a new patient waited more than an hour. Treatment that I needed seemed rushed to be done , I then realized I was the Dr. last patient. The benefits regarding the treatment needed wasn't checked before hand. When asked to verify if treatment will be covered at 100% they said their biller has a "special way" of sending claims which sounds odd so let's see what the bill comes up to. The office was very clean and staff was friendly but I still left feeling like I just left a money hungry business with questions and concerns

Office took me in for an eye emergency! Staff was very nice and compassionate. Office is in a small building undergoing renovation. Everything in office is clean in spite of all the dust associated with renovations! Dr. Cohen checked both my eyes and reassured me that everything was okay. Wonderful bed side manner. Thanks to everyone for taking care of me.

Dr. Tseng is great - so friendly, helpful, really takes the time to listen to all of your questions.
The office, however is SO slow. I'm often seen by the doctor an hour and a half later than my originally slotted appointment time. It's nuts, the appointment times are treated as suggestions it seems. Also, they don't have any online portal for patients? The practice seems to need a refresh for sure - the management and office are both dated and quite unorganized. However if you're referred to Dr. Tseng, and you have the time to wait, he is a good doctor.

Dr. Rosenbaum is an excellent doctor. He spent substantial time on me as a first patient - was very thorough on history and actually seemed to care about my discomfort. He also makes an effort for follow up visits to meet me at a location that is most convenient for me. The staff are all wonderful as well. The Dr. even responded to emails from me within minutes (at 10 pm nonetheless) when he was on his vacation. 100% recommend him.

Everyone that I encountered at this medical facility has been very professional - from the receptionists, technicians to the specialist Dr. Ben Cohen. Dr. Cohen inspires confidence and has excellent bedside manner. He was very focused and thorough and I knew I was in very competent hands. I will gladly recommend him to anyone that needs his type of specialization, although I think that he only deals in very specialized cases and other Opthalmologists (like my doctor) are the ones referring patients to him since he's one of the finest in his field.

all very nice and Caring. I absolutely enjoyed my visit with Dr Jeffrey Paccione he is down to earth speaks clearly and very professional. He doesn't pull any punches lays it all out there for you. He answers all your questions doesn't rush you and very thorough. I need to Reattach my Retina. I plan on having him do my surgery . I felt he did all necessary testing to come up with a plan for my needs.
