What an amazing experience! Felt welcome the moment LaToya greeted me at the door. I was given plenty of space to find frames that interested me, LaToya found even more fabulous frames that I didn't see on my walk around, then we got to work on narrowing down which ones I wanted to move forward with. Such a great, encouraging space to try on glasses and find what works best for you. Thank you, LaToya and the SEE team for making buying glasses simple and so much fun. Edit to add: Picked up my new frames today and I am over the moon! SEE continues to impress me with their dedication to their people - customers and staff! It's clear from spending any amount of time in this store how everyone is happy to be there and of course help customers, too. I appreciate LaToya giving me plenty of times to stop by when she would be there to complete the pickup. Hands down my favorite eyeglasses store- today I went in to get the pads on my glasses replaced and Matthew was very helpful! Pleasant atmosphere, great selection, and fun styles. Highly recommend coming here, will definitely be back.

I was with a friend of mine hanging out in Soho NY, we stopped in the store to look at glasses and we saw a variety of shades and l was so impressed. Latoya was the nice lady who assisted me and l did make a purchase. I'm not big on wearing shades but after trying on several shades with her assistant l made a good choice and the price was right. I will be back to get a few more because there's all different styles, color, shapes and even the tints make the shades really pop. Latoya l really appreciate you and your kindness.

I was already a fan of SEE's glasses. Came into the SoHo location today and has the BEST customer service ever from Monique. She was so sweet, kind, and helpful! She picked the best frames for me. Best service EVER! I ended up getting two pairs! Go see her! She is the best!

Had an incredible experience here. Latoya was so helpful and knowledgeable, gave me great advice and was able to thoroughly explain my insurance benefits so that I could take full advantage of everything that my insurance offers. Left with some great lenses, contacts, and a fresh brewed cup of coffee thrown in as well! Can't wait to come back for all of my eyewear needs.

I've been coming to SEE eyewear for several years. I love seeing Dr. Lamees for my eye exams because she so knowledgeable and kind. I don't usually end up buying frames from SEE because they don't usually match my style but they have a great variety of glasses.

Ariel was fantastic. He was able to repair my sunglasses when other shops couldn't help. Great service -- highly recommend for both purchases and repairs.
