Our family has been with Sight Improvement Center for more than a decade. We love Dr. Bindu Thomas, she is great and takes good care of us and our eyes!! And so always did the whole team. We were a bit nervous about the change to My Eye Doctor and for sure we miss Diana and Sheri who always took good care of our glasses-needs but have retired but we also felt very welcomed and in good hands with the new staff! Thank you Veronica and Monica!

Very much enjoyed working with Veronica today in the purchase of 2 new frames (reading& sun) Veronica made great suggestions & checked so many possibilities for frames in my price range. Time well spent better than going to lunch. Her colleague, Monica, was also very reassuring in the frames selected. So many great ones to pick from. I look forward to seeing Veronica again when my glasses are ready. She is very upbeat & has a super personality. I have been a patient over 12 years. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Hollander are the best in eye care. They treat everyone with professionalism and have the best bedside manner.
The new front desk staff needs to buy into the same culture that makes sight improvement center the premier place for eye care.
The front desk staff needs to improve their customer service as the face of the business. The old staff was much more professional . I would go somewhere else if not for Dr Thomas and Dr Hollander.
Would be 5 star if not for front desk staff.

I always have a great experience at Dr. Hollander's office. The staff are great, extremely courtesy. The wait time isn't long at all. My only issue is that will not longer carry Sabine Be frames which is insane As such I will only go there for an eye exam only, then purchase frames elsewhere. So unfortunate!

My wife and I think Dr Hollander is the best. He knows his stuff, he's on time, thorough, and he's a fun good guy. He treated my scratched eye with an amniotic membrane that speeds healing. Worked great. Also, although he knew I was going to be fine he gave me his number to call if my eye started hurting - a kind offer, and for me it had a calming effect.
His office team is fast and efficient. Same thing when I do the yearly eye exam.
I can't say enough good stuff...but there's some of it.
