Dr. Frempong overflows with competence. She expertly diagnosed the cause of my intermittent double vision and in her caring, communicative manner informed me of exactly what to do and follow. Her friendly manner invited me to talk about any concern I had. If anyone asks me to recommend an ophthalmologist, I will wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding physician.

Dr. Frempong is an excellent doctor and truly cares for her patients. The one star is for the front desk.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience was unacceptable. I tried to schedule appointments for both of my children--our last visit was August 2023, well within two years--but the receptionist refused, wrongly labeling us as "new patients." She then claimed they don't allow back-to-back appointments, which I've done before, and abruptly hung up on me and expected a rate funny. She blamed management, but it felt more like an excuse than the truth. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Patients deserve better treatment, especially when trying to continue care with a trusted doctor.
