Warby Parker Brookfield Place

I had an outstanding experience at Warby Parker thanks to Nick and Dorothy. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly patient -- especially with my children, which I truly appreciated. Both Nick and Dorothy pulled a wide range of frames tailored to my preferences and thoughtfully guided me through the selection process without any pressure. They made it easy and even fun. On top of that, they proactively checked my insurance, clearly explained my benefits, and handled everything efficiently and seamlessly. The store was well-organized, welcoming, and the service felt genuinely personalized. What could have been a time-consuming errand turned into a smooth, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend working with Nick or Dorothy. Exceptional customer service all around. Five stars.

Ashana was so amazing and she fixed the loose screw / hinge of my sunglasses and did it in less than a minute. She was so helpful and friendly and now I can wear my sunglasses again without worrying about the loose screw. Can't wait to wear them again and thanks so much again Ashana!!

Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable store. Collection of styles was also very good and I liked that they have different widths. The staff showed me how to adjust the nose pads so the glasses would sit better on my face, which I hadn't even known before.

I love Warby Parker glasses and wouldn't go anywhere else. Since I live close to this new store, I went there today and got a new pair of glasses that can transition to sunglasses when going outdoors. I had no idea that was so. The salesperson I worked with was extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I am so glad there is a WP near my home and will go there for all my eyewear needs.

Excellent service and care during my first visit in a store. The reps were extremely helpful and assisted me in picking out a pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for stylish and affordable frames.

As a tourist l stopped at ur retail store l was welcomed enthousiastically by a sweet Young lady that was attentive to my intriguite request, she tried hard since my picks were the only one in store or none stocked just demo, she persisted while her other colleague mentionne not ... Since l could not order and Mail out, l am not domestic rather from outside country she did not leave unsatisfied So we both looked until one fit and pleased my taste l do have specifics. She was a darling , l enjoy our choice for my sunglases. Her name did not come with the bill otherwise oddly nothing does otherwise l would have said of all 3 other girls, she is a keeper for ur representation.

Came in to warby for an estimate on nose pad repairs. Xiomara was very helpful and let me know it was a complimentary service despite my sunglasses not being from the store. Would definitely consider future options here.
