I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Makkawi was exceptional, she was very kind, patient, and I finally have the right prescription. She was able to figure out why my previous prescription was uncomfortable and made the necessary adjustments. The staff were very helpful when picking out my frames! When I got my initial pair, it was uncomfortable. They adjusted as many times as I needed, then thankfully Beatrice helped me figure out my my frame was uncomfortable and she recommended solutions and gave me advice on what to look out for if I decided to exchange them. I exchanged them very smoothly, and she helped me pick out a frame to make sure I'm avoiding the problem I was facing with the initial frame I bought. I definitely recommend this place. There are so many gorgeous frames to pick, the costumer service is also exceptional!

This location has quite an extensive supply of farms to choose from. But what made this experience exceptional for me was first of all, Sam... he was outstanding in his customer service, time he took and how explained everything to me was deeply appreciated. Then his colleague Delynn (sorry, for the spelling... like the car but not the car Delorian) - she too was informative and walked through various fitting options with me for the frames I was interested in. I really appreciated both reps and the size of the inventory on hand. I highly recommend this location and both Sam and Delynn.

Good store! Nice service for everything, including eye exam, shopping for new glasses. The whole process was very efficient, and even though I was out of network, they helped me file a claim with my insurance. Will update here how that ultimately goes.

This is an excellent place to get the perfect pair of eyeglasses - wide variety and the team is amazing. Special shout outs to Molly, she heard what I was looking for and got me the perfect pair!

I loved that I was able to browse on my own without any pressure. And then when I needed assistance, the associates were readily available. Hunter helped me find the correct glasses width and also talked me through all the options of purchasing transition lenses versus prescription sunglasses and was super personable!

I recently purchased both glasses and contacts from Warby, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They offer some of the trendiest and most affordable options I've seen, and the staff was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I also had an eye exam for a new prescription, and that experience was excellent as well--the Optometrist took the time to answer all my questions and provided really helpful insights. Great service. Didn't know WP could do eye exams. They were able to look up my insurance coverage in-store and get me set-up quickly. At the end, I was in a rush and the salesperson finished up my order for me - which was fantastic. Super easy / convenient location / plus - I like WP glasses.
