Great service, wonderful staff. Kayla greeted me and took care of ordering the 2 pairs of glasses I purchased. She handled the transaction perfectly and quickly. Very nice and knowledgeable sales person who also helped with the selection. The Optician, Shirley also assisted and also helped my wife with changing an order she had placed last week. Great store! I love Warby Parker because it offers a seamless experience. You browse and try all the frames you like without staff interference, and then complete the purchase with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Staff is never pushy. You can even do your eye exam there (but note they do not do it for rigid gas permeable contacts). Stores decor is pleasant and puts you in a relaxed mood. Definitely recommend!

My experience was nothing short of a delightful. Yasmin was truly so kind and helpful on the retail-side, walking me through all of the various lens options without even an ounce of added pressure. She also helped get me in earlier for my eye exam with Dr. Cheema. Dr. Cheema was, quite plainly, a gem. She was so helpful and thorough, patient and warm. She explained the result of my eye exam in a very clear, relatable way that made me feel in control of my information. I didn't really think I'd do more than come here for the exam and the script I needed, but I ended up buying two pairs of glasses.
