The Real doctor, Dr. Z is fantastic, never had a better experience elsewhere. I actually switched insurances to be able to see him again lol.
On the other hand I find Bruce to be extremely rude and often creepy. I see him being very polite and kind to other people so maybe it's just me but he makes me not want to come in.
Alison the other help they have is awesome, very spot on and friendly, Always more helpful than you could hope for.

I'm 74 years old and have been wearing glasses since I was 10. Never really was impressed by any eye doctor....until I met Dr.Z many years ago. I think it was at Pearl Vision at the East View Mall in Victor. After that eye exam, I made sure to follow him, wherever he was. That's why I make the 19 mile trip from Fairport to Newark to get an eye exam. Also, the current pair of glasses/frames I have, are the best I ever had.

I am 32 and have had glasses since i was kid but could never see that great with my glasses on so i never really wore them. So when i moved out here i had an exam done thinking that it would be the same but it definitly was not. I can actually see better with my glasses on. Its a miracle lol these people are amazing!!!! My son comes here as well and they are great with him too!!!!!

Nice little optical shop located in Newark, NY. They accept most insurance so best to give them a call prior to scheduling to check and make sure they accept your insurance. They are accepting new patients all the time. Parking is free but scarce. Small selection of frames to choose from but decent choices. All optical services performed except lasic surgery and any other major medical needs.
