I was notified by email they cancelled my appointment with no explanation why. I did not cancel. I did not get a phone call. I called 3 hours after the email was sent to me and was told I couldnt get my appointment back because they booked it for someone else. Now they can't reschedule me for another time that works around my work schedule until next month. Seriously?!?

9/10 out of ten, the staff is kind, patient, and very helpful. I'm very picky about my glasses, and ask a lot of questions. There are many employees who have helped me, but the only name I have is Maritza Fertig. She's a manager there, and she was very patient with me and went above and beyond. I will be returning once again.

Nobody cares in this facility . Im an employee in the Healthcare system and we are supposed to use Visionworks . I called because i was running late and Christopher stated that he was manager and because I was 12 min late they only give a 10 min leeway and I could not be seen. I will let everyone else know that works with me not to come here. He did not care that I had gotten stuck in traffic coming from by job on my break. No care on his face. If he is the manager I cannot imagine how uncaring everyone else is in this facility. Unfortunately it only takes 1 person to ruin for all.Sorry guys you lose!
