Went to the store in N Syracuse for my original exam and eye glasses order. The technicians were all great and helpful. Upon receiving the new glasses, noticed the frame had been stretched far beyond the size of my head. Asked to have them adjusted. Thomas made a couple small adjustments and sent me on my way. For the next 3 days, I went back in each day to ask to have them adjusted. Finally, on the 4th day, I went into the Cicero location and they were so much more thorough...both Stephen and the other lady, who's name I cannot remember, took the time to check the fit around my ears, and the level that they were sitting on my nose, causing some heaviness. The last fitting, we determined these frames to be too big for my face and found a smaller frame that fits. Thomas at the N Syracuse store did NONE of that, at any point, even after I informed him of the blurry vision and discomfort of the frames. Thank you to the N Syracuse location for getting me set up in a new, proper fitting frame!

Had a scheduled appointment for my daughter, which they were unable to do bc she was too young for Telehealth. Couldn't be bothered to call ahead of time to let us know. I also tried calling ahead of time, no one picked up. Guy at the desk was very rude

The actual humans were great. Appts are very limited and the remote exam system is glitchy at best. New phone system is non-existent if you need to reach someone to actually speak to. Sometimes 'better' just isn't

A front store customer service member named Nicole, answered my phone call and from the beginning was completely stoic and rude.
My questions were met with one word answers, they weren't able to supply a trial spare of contacts after claiming my prescription was expired by a couple months.
They have done so in the past with no issues and total leniency. Regardless, the experience was very unprofessional and NICOLE hung up the phone when I asked to potentially speak to a manager or supervisor.
I went in to express my concern with the unprofessional behavior and was met with absolute dismissiveness and no care at all.
Completely unacceptable behavior & would recommend choosing a new provider.
This location is notorious for horrendous customer service.
