The entire staff was fantastic and supportive. We were in desperate need of an appointment and we got seen right away. The doctor gave insight into what was causing us our vision problems and gave thoughtful recommendations in addition to new prescriptions. The team spent more than 30 minutes helping us each pick out the frames of our choice and made sure to only offer us options within our insurance budget. I cannot recommend this business enough! We will definitely be back soon for an additional pair.

Highly recommend this office--especially their billing department. I received a past-due invoice and called to inquire. I spoke with Jessica, the billing manager, and she was incredibly informative, kind, and patient. She took the time to clearly explain my bill, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood everything before we ended the call. It's rare to receive this level of professionalism and genuine care. Jessica made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy. Excellent customer service all around. I truly appreciate the support and highly recommend this office to anyone!

I visited Nerry Niyazov's clinic for the first time on my cousin's recommendation. The clinic is clean, and the girls at the from desk are friendly. Appointments are on time, and the atmosphere is relaxed, without any pressure or pushiness! I'd especially like to mention Dr. Nerri himself; he's a true eye doctor! He accurately diagnoses eye conditions and provides clear explanations, eliminating any doubts! I thank Dr. Nerri for his professional commitment to his patients! This place is a pharmacy and optometrist office. I brought my daughter here for her first pair of glasses and Shelby was super helpful! She was kind, easy-going, and patient with my daughter. I'm really appreciate the staff provided a great experience for my daughter. They had a lot of different pediatric glasses to offer and they accepted our insurance. Of note, call to schedule an appointment. The online booking does not have accurate availability.

One of the best experiences with both staff and doctors being very pleasant and efficient. I recently got my medical comprehensive and routine done, everything was thoroughly explained during the testings with the wonderful ladies doing the exams. Then the doctors truly showed they cared explaining the little things I have never knew about myself through my eyes. Truthfully amazing!! Must I add I got a pair of glasses at such a great price, and the quality of everything was worth every dime!!! Amazingg office!!!! Recommend for your next eye exam!!
