They ended up not charging my insurance and I paid far too much out of pocket, and still do not have my prescription from them as they will only fax it (it's 2025, email it.) or give it to me in person. I was also told I would need to go back for a follow-up, but was never contacted until months later. The doctor was very kind and understanding, but I won't be back.

I recently visited this location and I am giving it five stars. The Optometrist was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me. She was able to assist me with all my concerns. Then there's Selena, whom displayed exceptional service in assisting me. I highly recommend this location; to everyone especially if you live in Richmond hill.

I started going here in 12/2023 as an emergency. Before pearl vision I was having blindness and scruciating pain in my eyes. After years of searching I found Dr Inrava Khasnabish as an emergency. I have a condition with the cornea. I began getting the symptoms this morning. I called and was told to walk in. I go and the receptionist looked as though she doesn't want to be there. I explained I called and she says I have to make an appointment. I said it was an emergency to find out Dr Inrava no longer works there. She sarcastically responds "if you want to wait for 2 hours have a seat". Does she understand emergency? My previous experience was as though a family member is walking in. The changes in the office and any issues in your life is not the patients fault. Now to begin my search

I had a disappointing experience here. The staff were not helpful, and I was given an incorrect eye prescription that differed when I had my eyes checked again elsewhere. I was also told my insurance didn't cover prescription glasses, even though it should have. Because of this, I chose not to make my glasses here. Overall, very unprofessional.

I have been using this location for the last 8 years. I have myopia and astigmatism. A couple months ago dr. Inrava Khasnabish told me my vision was not correctable to 20/20 anymore. I have a hard time seeing on the small laptop screens my job just switched to. I took an accommodation form which she just need to check off the vision box and list my eye conditions and list a recommendation to provide an adequate screen or larger screen laptop. She refused to speak to me, give me an eye exam and told the receptionist that she will not sign anything and that I should go to my primary care doctor to sign a vision accommodation form. I cant ask a random eye doctor to sign such a form or a random location where I haven't treated at before. Just disappointed and suffering.

I stopped in to shop for some glasses and was warmly greeted by Priscilla and their wonderful staff. It was such a lovely experience I had to write a review! Even after I mentioned I'd just be browsing and may not be purchasing, Priscilla patiently helped with all my questions and concerns and even gave me some suggestions for my situation to consider. I can see where all the good reviews are coming from. They truly bring a genuine human element to todays mechanical shopping process at this location. I'd love to shop with them in the future and highly recommend to anyone who's reading!
