Successful Vision

I bought eyeglasses from Frank years ago and are still compliments on them - "love those frames". Those glasses were broken in January when someone attacked me and though I live 3 counties away I went right back to him for my new ones. I haven't gotten them yet so there's no photo but he put his hand on a frame, said "try these", and they were perfect! Looked spectacular. I can't wait for for all the compliments those will get. More importantly though, when I walked into the shop I was greeted as a long time time friend, comfortable, casual, at ease. The only thing missing was tea and cookies. These are good people, caring people who also happen to be incredibly good at what they do. This is no chain eyeglass place. This is a small business place that should be supported.

I had a tine pressured situation where I potentially had a problem with my eyes and needed to go on a trip.They saw me right away, identified the challenges quickly and upgraded my prescription as well as selling me new lenses appropriate is my situation quickly and cost effectively. Successful vision is a great combination of professionalism and customer care.

Frank is THE best- He's so incredibly knowledgeable, but beyond that he truly loves what he does. It comes across so clearly (no pun intended). And he has such a gift for choosing the right frame! Highly recommend!

I've never felt as confident in as optometrist as I have here. SO much information was provided in a way that was palatable. I've been wearing contacts for years, and was struggling to find a pair of glasses that were durable and suited me well. This was immediately addressed during my visit, and I am beyond satisfied. 10/10 when it comes to service and professionalism!

If all businesses operated with the same degree of customer service and expertise as Frank offers at Successful Vision, life would be so much easier! He took his time to meticulously determine what my girlfriend and I wanted as well as needed in order to see better in daily life and the many tasks that we in particular had to accomplish. He always carefully explained our options. He was always willing to share his thoughts and opinions about what best suited us, based on his extensive experience in the business. He helped us pick lens materials and frames, and his advice was consistently spot on. He set me up with progressives for the first time in my life, and tailored everything to my specific work and leisure needs. I was on my way to a wedding, and unfortunately misplaced my last contact lens. Fortunately, however, I was near Successful Vision, which I located on Google, and had my prescription available. Frank could not have been nicer and more helpful. I was promptly able to get emergency backup lenses and head to the wedding to see (literally, clearly see!) my good friend get married! Frank is a fresh of air, he trully embodies a good and authentic human being. This is a person you really want to cross path in your lifetime. He provides excellent and humble treatment to every person that walks through his door, and for that alone, I am willing to do business with him and even though my vision plan don't have them in their network. He he also impacts you on his teachings about his craft. I feel strongly that every breathing being on this planet should have a Frank in their life. You're an awesome guy. Successful Vision is, hands down, the best optometrist's office in southern Westchester county and one of the best in the entire tri-state area. I've worn glasses since I was 4 years old; contacts since I was 15; and lived in all 5 boroughs of New York City, in addition to living in Long Island and Mount Vernon. Altogether, that's over 5 decades of wearing corrective lenses and being treated by more than 15 different eye doctors. In all those years I've never met more conscientious, compassionate, and devoted optometrists than Frank and Mary DePaolo. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and warm, welcoming conversation about your vision needs. Frank and Mary take the time to treat EVERY customer like their most valued customer -- even though I'm sure they have hundreds of faithful clients. In addition to getting a thorough contact lens exam, the DePaolo's spent time showing me a wide selection of fashionable frames. They are so committed to providing specialized and individualized customer service that I felt like their top priority. But guess what? They provided that same level of care to every other customer in the store that day! So if you've been looking for quality optometrical care, stop by Successful Vision.
