Wonderful and efficient. I had a sudden onset problem and the receptionist was so helpful getting me in to see Dr. Smith in the same day. His technician Shannon is great and helps to make you feel comfortable. I returned shortly after for my complete eye exam and Dr. Smith is great at explaining things and has a wonderful chairside manner. Would definitely highly recommend.

I have used Dr Smith in the past and thought he was alright. My husband used him, and when my husband pointed out a flaw in glasses he got from PY Eyecare, he was told it was normal. The final straw, and the reason for the 1 star rating. Is because we had gotten a message asking us to call the office with current insurance information for our son's appointment. I don't get home till late, well after their office was closed, so I just made a note to myself to bring our insurance card. WELL, after taking off work, and pulling my son out of school - we get to the office and the receptionist isn't even familiar with our names!!! She did some digging and told us "we canceled your appointment because you didn't call us back... it's our policy, so people don't end up with bills they don't expect"
EXCUSE ME!!! Isn't up to me to be responsible for taking care of my own medical bills and maintain health insurance? I'm pretty sure it's because originally, years ago, my son was on medicaid and this office just assumed we were some sort of welfare-white-trash that wouldn't pay our bill! We are NEVER going there again!
