We've been to Wendy twice and had 2 terrible visits. My daughter, who was six the first time we went, was made to feel very uncomfortable during her examine. Wendy was mean and abrupt with her as opposed to making her feel comfortable. We just went for our second visit a week ago and as soon as we walked in the office, the staff was so rude and made us feel very uncomfortable. They didn't even say hello. Then for my daughters exam, Wendy, once again made her feel very uncomfortable. Even when we were leaving the exam office, I turned off the light and Wendy got so upset telling me don't turn off my light. I actually apologized to her for turning off the switch. My eye doctor is in Chappaqua and he is amazing. Everyone in his store makes you feel super comfortable and he is so nice every time you're there.
