I had an incredible experience at North Shore Vision by OPTYX. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.
Dr. Carr was absolutely amazing--thorough, professional, and kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam and made sure all my questions were answered. It's clear she truly cares about her patients and their eye health.
A big thank-you also goes to Sariah, who works on the platform and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She was patient, honest, and had a great eye for style. She made the whole process fun and stress-free.

One of the staff was rude and said things like "this is a business" and you have until 6 pm today to make payment even though it was not even a week and I was still verifying my insurance. She was constantly using a reprimanding tone even though I kept assuring her that I would pay out of pocket if the insurance would not cover. The total was a mere 125$!
I had a good experience last year and went again for my annual visit this year. It was very disappointing this time.
