The staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have been with them for 20+ years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Phenomenal customer service and great prices as well. East West Opticians genuinely care for their clients. They go above and beyond to accommodate you.

I went to East West Optical using my eye care vouchers for glasses, an eye exam, and contact lenses. They took all of my vouchers but did not provide the services they were supposed to. I did not receive my eye exam, contact lenses, or sunglasses. My vouchers were close to expiring, yet they still delayed scheduling. After already using my vouchers, they pushed my appointment back. When I came in for the rescheduled appointment, they postponed it again, even though I had already explained I was leaving for vacation. On top of this, one of the employees (a bald male staff member) was extremely rude, disrespectful, and began yelling instead of calmly explaining the situation. He spoke very disrespectfully to my parents as well. This is completely unacceptable behavior and not how a business should treat customers. This experience felt dishonest and unethical. I strongly recommend going somewhere else if you value professionalism and transparency.

I had a disappointing experience. I was told that my voucher was taken and that the worker would be paid $100, but when I contacted my union, I was informed that the correct payment should be $150. This lack of transparency is very concerning. In addition, customer service really needs improvement. The way customers are spoken to is unprofessional and unclear, and it creates unnecessary frustration. Clear communication, honesty, and basic respect should be a priority when dealing with customers.

I've been a long-time customer of East West Opticians, and I can't recommend them enough! Their customer service is truly exceptional. They r always friendly, patient, and professional. The prices are great, and the quality of care is top-notch. What really stands out is the family-like atmosphere they create. you're not just another customer here, you're treated with genuine care and respect. East West Opticians are great. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. My whole family has goes. They have repaired glasses for me and my son as well. They also do a great job working with our insurance.

Dr. Drew is amazing! I got glasses earlier this year and one the arms broke off. Needed a new frame and Dr. Drew was able to swap out the lens. He picked the perfect frame for me to fit my face properly...my old lens now look thinner, great job!
