Nice place. Not a lot of patients in the morning so they took me in quickly. Technician was nice and did a good job. And Dr. Krawitz was also nice and did a good job. Only thing is I wish they opened earlier than 9:30 am and parking could be better than just paid street parking. Still Recommended.

All the staff at this office is really friendly and helpful. I'm usually greeted by Justin, who always makes me feel comfortable when running tests and taking my eye pressure (least favorite part). He keeps the right balance between professional and personal. Once I had to run back to the office just as they were closing because there was a problem with my prescription. I caught Justin just as he was locking up, and he let me in and helped me out so I could get my prescription. I was so grateful!! Coming in for appointments is a pleasant experience. I trust Dr. Morar's guidance, and I feel taken care of here.

The staff are all professionals, patient, very soft spoken and warm staff right from the moment you enter the front desk. No one has an attitude or is rushing you. The office is very clean, and all machines are updated. I was very pleased with their service. My assistant was Bryan he was excellent.. I also loved that everyone is on task and attentive to the patients. There really isn't much of a wait time. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very welcoming, especially Dr. Brian Krawitz. The exams I had were very thorough and the doctor explained everything thoroughly as well. This was my first time going to this establishment and it will be the only place I do go to for any eye exam or vision problems or concerns in the future! I highly recommend this place! I'm happy that the residents of Ridgewood, life myself have such a caring and comprehensive place to go for our vision needs!!!!!

Dr. Krishna takes the time to really explain issues and I find him to be incredibly helpful on a broad variety of subjects in and around the optical. None of this is designed to be an In-N-Out deal. It's thorough, very caring and holistic.
