Davis Visionworks Rosedale

The team at Davis Vision in Rosedale was wonderful! Especially Ian . From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and helpful. The assitant manager Ian was patient and kind. He assisted me in choosing the best frame that fits my face. I also appreciated how easy they made it to pick out the right frames. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my new glasses.

I was extremely pleased that I received Immediate interaction upon entering the store. There was a review of my coverage with an explanation of my out of pocket expenses. I also saw the doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. She was pleasant, professional and compassionate. The young lady who helped me finalize my order was an absolute delight. She helped me to select the most attractive frames for my face and we even ventured off onto the topic of popular music that we both enjoy. I've been a patron of this location for a number of years and have never had a bad experience.

My husband and I were greeted at the door by Kevin who quickly searched for our records. Sky took over to examine my current glasses and to ask if I had a new prescription or wanted to use the information from last year's prescription. I selected a new frame. Sky updated my order 2025 order. It was the last day of the year. I had already used my Blue Vision civerage for 2025. So, I returned on January 2, 2026 to pay for my 2026 glasses. Ian helped me as I paid for my 2026 order. Every employee present each time I arrived asked if they could help. I was promptly seated and cheerfully treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. The employees at the Fivet Towns location of Visionworks encourages me to return each year. I have returned several years because I love the warm and professional manner each employee treats all of the customers. The skills and knowledge used to ensure my glasses are correct also keeps me coming back. I'm always happy with my glasses. All of the employees at this location deserve recognition gor their work ethic. Please acknowledge them. Visionworks you does it right at this location. I recommended close friends to come here as well. They are return customers as well. Happy 2026 to you. I look forward to picking up my glasses.

I am so grateful for my experience at vision works. I had a stressful day at work and to top that my dental Loupes broke as my last patient was walking out the door. I made it here just as the doors were closing. Ian was absolutely amazing, he spent more than 30 minutes and luckily was able to fix my loupes. He has helped me in the past with my children's glasses, and he absolutely saved me today. Needless to say I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for all your help!

This is a horrible experience that I have. It has been one month since I went to Visionworks and was told to come back the following week for my glasses. I've gone now 4 times and every time I get a different excuse and lies about the Status of my glasses. First, it wasn't done right had to be fixed, come back and I went again and it was not ready. There were different excuses now the latest excuse it's being done in Texas and they don't have the frame available that I picked and it goes on. I still have not got my glasses as yet. And I'm never using Visionworks again

Horrible experience trying to simply have my prescription emailed to me. You can call for days and they will tell you it will be sent by end of day and nothing. I also was on hold for 22mins, no one came to the phone, I eventually hung up. Kevin repeatedly promised an email shortly and I still have not received my prescription. If I could give zero stars I would! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Great experience at Visionworks. Made an appointment to do a routine exam and get new frames. Right to when I walked through the doors, greeting at the front, took a picture for my eyes, meeting the doctor and the one who I spoke in getting frames. They accept walk-ins as well. The doctor explained thoroughly and was very kind. Most of the staffs I've met are friendly. I guess the only thing I didn't like was that my insurance was Medicaid. Under Medicaid, they only have a specific set of glasses that you can only choose. The glasses that only Medicaid recommends you to are not that great. All of their selection does have a few brand names but I haven't checked enough. Even wanting to buy frames out of pocket, they wouldn't let me which is disappointing. I suggest you get a copy of your prescription and go somewhere else to get your frames if you don't see anything you like. (I'm definitely going somewhere else to get the frames even if it's out of my pocket.) Please check Visionworks. Plenty of parking since it's situated in Five Towns Plaza. Accept all kinds of insurance, accept walk-ins and appointments are done via phone or website.
